Are your listed prices in AUD & are they GST inclusive?

• Yes, all prices are in AUD & are  GST inclusive.

Do you ship internationally?

• No, we currently only ship within Australia.

Can I return my item?

• Yes, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase, with the exception of customised items, underwear and earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
• Items must be returned unused and with the original packaging intact. Customers must ensure items are adequately protected for the transit process to prevent damage.
• The cost of return postage is the customers responsibility apart from returns for incorrect, damaged or faculty products.
• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the item returned.

How do I return an item?

• Please email us at sales@styleweddingaccessories.com.au within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please include your name, address, product, order date and reason for you return.
• In the unlikely event your item is incorrect or was damaged in transit please include photos in your email. A customer service team member will email you to organise an appropriate solution.

Can I pick-up my item from your warehouse or shopfront?

• No, sorry we are an online only business.
